Getting Started

Regenerative Resource Management is a protocol for the establishment of management systems in a regenerative manner.

The protocol is applicable in organizations both large and small, family management, and personal development.

Regenerative Resource Management was heavily influenced by the ecological land management framework: Holistic Management. In fact, Regenerative Resource Management (RRM) was born from my efforts to fit a regenerative agricultural framework into an industrial context. It just couldn't quite work. Not as it was anyway. I had to unpack the framework and look at the principles behind it. Then I could apply it to my context. And you can apply it to your context. By focusing on the principles behind regenerative management RRM can be universally applied.

The Regenerative Resource Management Primer

This is the quintessential document to start your regenerative management program. The Primer introduces the concept of the Future Context,  a context influence mindset, the use of heuristics, and the idea behind using dual Key Performance Indicator data sets.

It's about 10 pages long. Takes about 20-30 minutes to read and a lifetime to master. Enjoy!

The RRM Blog

The concepts underpinning regenerative management principles can sometimes use some highlighting of their own.

They say that if you really want to learn something...write about it. These entries will include the insights that I've gained from my management experiences as well as those insights I've gained thru writing about the process. If you want to light the fire of inspiration in your own life...check out the blog. I recommend starting with the Welcome post.
